Stephanie Reeves

Senior Research Scientist

Stephanie Reeves is a Senior Research Scientist at WGU Labs. She primarily works on the College Innovation Network, exploring the role of technology in fostering, belonging, engagement, and equity in higher education. She holds a Ph.D. in social psychology from Ohio State University and completed an NSF-funded postdoctoral fellowship at Indiana University, where she explored factors that affect feelings of belonging, respect, and inclusion among members of marginalized groups. Prior to joining Labs, Stephanie served as a Project Lead for the College Transition Collaborative, which is a multi-institution collaboration dedicated to developing and testing psychological interventions to increase belonging in college among underrepresented groups. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog Teo, skiing, and watching bad reality TV shows.
